Abstract :
[en] The identification of models for animal cell cultures is quite complex since many parameters are to be identified from limited experimental data. In order to overcome this, a sequenced reduced order model identification procedure is proposed, based on the analysis of the sensitivities of model outputs to changes in parameter values. This approach aims at being more efficient with less data.
