Abstract :
[fr] Mieux saisir le vécu des pères en maternité, et plus précisément autour de l’accouchement, permet une compréhension accrue du processus du devenir père. L’enjeu est de taille, puisque se tissent en partie dans ces moments partagés des liens qui soutiennent le développement de la communication père-bébé. [en] Gaining a better understanding of fathers’ experiences in the maternity ward, and more specifically around childbirth, enables a better understanding of the process of becoming a father. The stakes are high, since these shared moments form part of the bonds that support the development of father-baby communication.
