📢 Open Access: Remember to Keep the Accepted Version of Your Articles!

Always keep this accepted version.

In the French Community of Belgium, the Decree of May 2018 requires you to deposit your scientific articles in open access in the UMONS institutional repository, regardless of your contract with the publisher, even if you did not publish in Open Access. This is known as Green Open Access.

• Article published in open access: you may deposit the publisher’s version immediately.
• Article published through the traditional route (subscription-based access): you must deposit the accepted version of the manuscript, with a maximum embargo period of 12 months for SSH and 6 months for STM.
