[en] This paper presents a methodological account to the study of the influence of speaking styles on consonant-vowel coarticulation in French. For this purpose, ten French speakers have been recorded and their realisations on two situations (a spontaneous conversational talk and a reading task of isolated words) have been analysed. The F index is used for the assessment of the system's degree of organization in each speaking style and locus equations are computed to study coarticulation in CV sequences.
