Abstract :
[en] RÉSUMÉ: Cette étude vise à comprendre la relation entre la gouvernance managériale et la préparation de la succession dans les petites et moyennes entreprises familiales (PMEF) ainsi que le rôle médiateur du succès entrepreneurial. Les données sont collectées auprès d’un échantillon de 299 dirigeants de PMEF de la ville de Bukavu en République Démocratique du Congo (RDC). Les résultats obtenus par la méthode des équations structurelles montrent que seules deux dimensions de la gouvernance managériale, à savoir l’altruisme et la communication, exercent une influence positive sur la préparation de la succession. Les résultats confirment également que l’effet de ces deux dimensions de la gouvernance managériale sur la préparation de la succession passe par le succès entrepreneurial.
