Abstract :
[en] Medicine is constantly evolving, significantly influenced by the progress of our societies. Currently, our society is undergoing a period of profound change with the digital revolution, generating major modifications in medical practices. Blockchain, long considered one of the major contemporary revolutions, is emerging as a decentralized technology. Its integration into the healthcare field has made it possible to overcome various challenges facing healthcare systems. This is particularly evident in the sharing and careful management of healthcare data and access privileges, along with its strengths in interoperability with additional systems, scalability, and security. The healthcare sector is positioning itself as fertile ground for the significant impact of blockchain, as this technology facilitates the sharing of information between different actors, including patients, research centers, hospitals, and pharmaceutical stakeholders. Despite the field’s research being fairly new, it is expanding quickly. Thus, this article undertakes to pinpoint pertinent studies concerning the use of blockchain in the healthcare and digital health domain, while reviewing and summarizing the various approaches and findings.
