Abstract :
[en] Accurate measurement of small RIU, surface refractive index (RI) changes is crucial in biosensing. This study introduces a novel approach to correlate intricate spectral features with RI variations in Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) sensing using optical fiber gratings. Using a regression model with gold-coated tilted fiber Bragg grating (Au-TFBG) sensors, we achieve enhanced signal stability and precision across diverse experimental setups. This eliminates the need for sensor calibration, streamlining biosensing protocols. Our findings represent a significant advancement in real-time RI monitoring, offering promising applications in biosensing.
